Park Place Homeowners Association

It's where you live.

Important Announcements!

We have posted our  Water/Well Emergency Response Plan here.
In Case of a Park Place BOIL-WATER-ALERT condition, there will be signs posted at the subdivision entrances.  Please refer to the Boil Water Advisory here.

Hi Everyone!  Please send any home closing information to our treasurer, Chuck Barney.  Water system inquiries should be directed to our Water/Well system Vice President,  Bruce Sipiora.  Any other inquiries should be directed to our secretary, Theresa Bazan.  All contact information is published under the Board of Directors tab above.

DNR water documents are available under Water Trusts.  Please be aware that current Consumer Confidence Reports are dated the previous year.   There is also important information on cross connections and water softener installation.

If upgrading/modifying water softeners, this information can come in handy; or if there is any question or doubt on plumbing best practices. It is expected that a licensed plumber will implement an appropriate, code-compliant configuration.

These guidelines, if followed, help ensure that our water quality remains optimal. These are mutually applicable to both private as well as public municipal water systems.

Most recent water testing and well as pumpage reports are available here also.

***Hose-bibb vacuum breakers are required on ALL outdoor faucets. Info has been sent via email to all residents.  Please install ASAP!  Contact Bruce with questions:, 262-422-3722 (text enabled)******
